1. Purpose of the Work
The purpose of our work together is to support you in aligning more fully with your natural state of coherence, vitality, and truth. This process is highly individualized and non-linear, and it may involve exploration of inner patterns, energetic states, reflections, and practices that support transformation. You will be held in a space of deep presence and curiosity. The intention is to help you attune to your own inner resonance and to walk alongside you as a guide - not as a fixer, instructor, or authority over your experience.
2. Nature of the Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to facilitate awareness, exploration, and personal growth. Decisions, interpretations, and actions remain entirely the Client's responsibility. Your Guide is not acting as a licensed medical provider, therapist, psychologist, or nutritionist. This work is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical treatment. The role of the Guide is to: - Reflect your energy and patterns in a nonjudgmental way - Offer insight and intuitive mirroring to support inner alignment - Hold space for your transformation without prescribing outcomes - Suggest practices, prompts, and exploratory tools based on resonance
3. Services Provided
By enrolling, you are entering into a professional agreement with Peak Resonance for one-on-one alignment sessions. The specific program selected - including the number of sessions, session length, cadence, and level of support - is outlined in the package you’ve chosen.
This agreement applies whether you are beginning with a single session (such as the Trailhead) or enrolling in a longer program. If you start with a shorter session and choose to continue, this agreement remains binding in accordance with the new program terms provided to you.
All coaching packages include access to ATLAS, Peak Resonance's automated reflection tool, which synthesizes your submitted perceptions with biometric and astrological/numerological data to generate personalized reflections alongside your coaching sessions.
ATLAS access included with your coaching package remains active for a set period beyond the expected duration of your program, giving you continued time to engage with your reflections after sessions conclude. Once that period expires, continued ATLAS access is available separately as a paid subscription under Peak Resonance's Terms of Service.
Support may include scheduled sessions, messaging, ATLAS reflections, and access to relevant resources such as reflection tools, audio guides, or practices. Details are aligned with the container you select and will be honored accordingly.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared in our sessions is held in strict confidence. This includes any biometric data (such as that connected via WHOOP or other integrated wearable platforms) and the perceptions, reflections, and identity information shared through ATLAS. Certain information may be securely processed by trusted third-party service providers, including AI service providers, to help generate personalized reflections, identify patterns across submitted information, and support the delivery, administration, and ongoing improvement of your sessions. AI-assisted tools are used to support — not replace — human judgment, coaching, or decision-making. Your personal information will never be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except in cases required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self or others).
5. Commitment and Responsibility
You agree to show up with presence, honesty, and openness. While your guide holds space and offers reflections, you remain the sovereign agent of your own transformation. Reflections offered through ATLAS are intended to support your own exploration and are not directives — you remain solely responsible for interpreting and acting on any reflection, recommendation, or insight received. You understand that: - Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on your own inner readiness and alignment. - This work may surface difficult or tender emotions. - Integration outside of session is encouraged and supported but ultimately your responsibility.
6. Scheduling and Cancellations
Sessions are scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited without refund.
7. Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of purchase. Full payment is required before services begin unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods and policies are listed on the Peak Resonance website or booking platform.
8. Technology and Communication
Sessions may occur through secure digital platforms selected by Peak Resonance, such as Zoom and the ATLAS platform. The Guide is not responsible for interruptions due to technical issues or data breaches beyond their control, including those resulting from failures or changes to third-party platforms, internet connectivity, wearable integrations, AI providers, or other services outside Peak Resonance's reasonable control. Between-session messaging is available, limited to the duration and structure of the program, and is typically answered during normal business hours. This is not an emergency, 24/7, or continuously monitored communication channel.
9. Disclaimers
The Client understands that: - The Guide is not a doctor, dietitian, psychologist, or licensed professional. - The Guide does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or psychological conditions. - The Program does not replace licensed medical, psychological, or nutritional care. - If the Client is under the care of a provider, they should discuss any changes with that provider. - The Client should not stop medications without approval from a prescribing physician. - ATLAS reflections are generated through an automated process and are offered for personal reflection and exploration only. AI-generated reflections are probabilistic interpretations that may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your individual circumstances, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other licensed care. The Guide serves as a mentor to support positive, sustainable lifestyle shifts aligned with the Client's own goals and values.
10. Personal Responsibility and Liability Release
The Client acknowledges that they participate in the Program voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any physical, mental, emotional, or energetic shifts that arise. This includes the inherent risks of making lifestyle or behavioral changes.
The Client agrees to release and hold harmless the Guide from any and all liability, damages, claims, or causes of action, now or in the future, arising from the Client's participation.
11. Liability Waiver
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that:
- You are fully responsible for your own health and well-being.
- You will not hold Peak Resonance LLC or TJ Brown liable for any perceived outcomes, experiences, or changes resulting from this work.
- You understand this is not clinical or diagnostic work.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maine.
13. Client Content
You retain ownership of the journal entries, reflections, perceptions, and other content you submit through Peak Resonance. By submitting content, you grant Peak Resonance a limited license to securely process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the services you request.
14. Media and Intellectual Property
Session content and practices may inform derivative work such as writings, teachings, or public reflections by the guide, without disclosing your identity or quoting you directly. Your identity and story remain private.
You agree not to record or reproduce session content without written permission.
15. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms outlined above. You agree to engage in Alignment work with presence, honesty, openness, and personal responsibility. This agreement is considered active and binding upon confirmation of your purchase and acceptance of these terms.
This Agreement works alongside Peak Resonance's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern your broader use of the website and the ATLAS platform. Please refer to those documents for additional detail on data handling, platform terms, and general policies.
