About Cookies:
Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help websites function properly, remember preferences, and collect anonymized usage data. These may include:
- Essential Cookies – Required for basic site functionality and performance.
- Analytics Cookies – Used to track aggregated usage data and site performance (e.g., page views, device types, visit duration).
- Advertising Cookies – We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Peak Resonance does not run Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or any other ad-tracking technology on this site — this is a standing decision, not something visitors need to opt into or out of.
- Embedded Content Cookies – Content from third-party services (such as YouTube or Calendly) may place their own cookies when loaded.
Some of these cookies are set by Peak Resonance directly (first-party cookies), while others are set by third-party services we integrate with (third-party cookies).
Your Choices
You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Depending on your location, you may also see a cookie banner that allows you to opt in or out of certain types of cookies. We will honor your preferences to the extent required by applicable law.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use secure, trusted third-party service providers for payment processing, communication, scheduling, video conferencing, AI-assisted services, biometric integrations, analytics, and other functions necessary to provide our services, such as:
- Stripe or other payment gateways (for secure transactions.)
- Email services (for occasional communication or insights.)
- Zoom (virtual sessions.)
- WHOOP or other wearable integration platforms (for syncing biometric data used in ATLAS reflections)
- AI service providers may be used to assist in delivering certain services, including generating personalized reflections, identifying patterns across submitted information, organizing or summarizing session notes (when applicable), and supporting administrative or communication functions. AI-assisted tools are used to support—not replace—human judgment, coaching, or decision-making.
These services maintain their own privacy policies and data protections, and we partner with those that prioritize security and ethical data use.
5. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually work to maintain appropriate protections.
6. Data Retention
You are in control of your information.
- You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
- You may request to view, update, or delete your stored information, including biometric and reflection data.
- Biometric and reflection data is retained only as long as needed to provide ATLAS services, or until you request its deletion.
- If you delete your account, associated biometric and reflection data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records, such as payment history or records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- Upon request, and where reasonably practicable or required by law, we will provide a copy of the personal information we maintain about you.
- If you become a client, you will have the opportunity to review and agree to a Client Agreement.
