By accessing and using the services provided by Peak Resonance, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Client Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.
Peak Resonance offers coaching, energy alignment, resonance-based services, and ATLAS — an automated reflection tool (Glance, Gaze, and Perceive tiers) that synthesizes user-submitted perceptions (mood, clarity, flow, energy, focus, resonance) with biometric data and astrological/numerological patterning to generate personalized reflections — including but not limited to:
ATLAS is an automated self-reflection platform. Use of ATLAS alone does not create a coaching relationship, therapeutic relationship, healthcare provider relationship, or other professional relationship unless separately established through a coaching engagement or written agreement. The specifics of the services will be outlined in the applicable Client Agreement or session booking.
Peak Resonance provides ATLAS and its reflection tiers (Glance, Gaze, and Perceive) for genuine personal reflection. To preserve the stability, quality, and meaning of the experience for all users, Peak Resonance may apply reasonable usage limits to these tools — for example, limiting the number of reflections that may be generated within a given period.
These limits may vary by tier and may be adjusted over time at Peak Resonance's discretion. Peak Resonance may also monitor for, throttle, or suspend automated, excessive, or abusive use that degrades the service or is inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Where a limit is reached, the experience will indicate this, and the tool will typically become available again after the applicable period. Access to previously generated reflections is not affected by these limits.
By participating in any service or program with Peak Resonance, clients are responsible for their own actions, choices, and engagement with the materials, reflections, and sessions. Peak Resonance offers reflection and support but does not guarantee specific results from any coaching or healing services. Users remain solely responsible for interpreting and acting upon any reflections, recommendations, or insights provided through ATLAS or during coaching sessions. Peak Resonance provides tools for reflection and exploration but does not direct or control client decisions.
Payment for coaching sessions, ATLAS subscription tiers, and other services will be processed through secure, trusted third-party payment processors.
All content, materials, and services provided by Peak Resonance, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video, are the intellectual property of Peak Resonance LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is prohibited.
You retain ownership of any reflections, perceptions, journal entries, or other content you submit through ATLAS or this site. By submitting content, you grant Peak Resonance a limited license to securely process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the services you request.
Peak Resonance respects your privacy and the confidentiality of the information shared during coaching sessions and through ATLAS. This includes biometric data (such as that connected via WHOOP or other integrated wearable platforms) and the perceptions, reflections, and identity information you submit. Certain information you submit may be securely processed by trusted third-party service providers, including AI service providers, to help generate personalized reflections, identify patterns across submitted information, and support the delivery, administration, and ongoing improvement of our services. AI-assisted tools are used to support — not replace — human judgment, coaching, or decision-making. We will never share your personal, biometric, or session details without your consent, unless required by law. While Peak Resonance strives to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any personal, professional, or financial outcomes related to the use of our services. Peak Resonance does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or mental health condition. Users should seek qualified professional care for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. ATLAS reflections are generated through an automated process combining biometric data, user-submitted perceptions, and astrological/numerological patterning, and are offered for personal reflection and exploration only. AI-generated reflections are probabilistic interpretations intended to encourage personal reflection and may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your individual circumstances. The client is fully responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions, including whether and how to act on any reflection received.
Peak Resonance reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services for violations of these Terms, abuse of the platform, non-payment, or conduct that compromises the safety, integrity, or operation of the services.
Peak Resonance relies on certain third-party providers and integrations. Features dependent upon these providers may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice if such services become unavailable, materially change, or are no longer supported.
Peak Resonance reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maine.
All images, videos, icons, and other media on this website, including those associated with Peak Resonance services, are either owned by Peak Resonance LLC or licensed for use.
