Peak Resonance offers coaching, energy alignment, and resonance-based services, including but not limited to:

• 1:1 coaching sessions
• Workshops, courses, and retreats
• Energy healing and transformation sessions

3. Accountability and Expectations

By participating in any service or program with Peak Resonance, clients are responsible for their own actions, choices, and engagement with the materials, guidance, and sessions. Peak Resonance will provide guidance but does not guarantee specific results from any coaching or healing services.

4. Payment Terms

We may use secure, trusted services such as:

• **Fees:** Payment for coaching sessions and services will be required as per the outlined terms in the Client Agreement or service package.
• **Refunds & Cancellations:** Clients may be eligible for a refund if cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Refund policies will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
• **Late Payments:** Clients who fail to make timely payments may have their access to services paused until full payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by Peak Resonance, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video, are the intellectual property of Peak Resonance LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is prohibited.

Peak Resonance respects your privacy and the confidentiality of the information shared during coaching sessions. We will never share your personal or session details without your consent, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Peak Resonance strives to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any personal, professional, or financial outcomes related to the use of our services. The client is fully responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions.

Peak Resonance reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a client violates these Terms or acts in a way that is harmful to themselves or others.

All images, videos, icons, and other media on this website, including those associated with Peak Resonance services, are either owned by Peak Resonance LLC or licensed for use.
